Payment and Cancellation Policy

When we receive your booking request we will send you a booking confirmation. Along with the booking confirmation we provide details of our bank connection in Canada and Europe. Within 14 days after you have received our booking confirmation we require a deposit of 20 % of the total tour price (tour price + GST). If we receive your booking request within 30 days prior tour departure the total price is due instantly.

The deposit is non-refundable. If you have co cancel your booking, you may apply your deposit to any other of CANADIAN WILDERNESS TRAVEL LTD. tours, booked within the next 24 month. However, the deposit can not be transferred to any person other than yourself.

The balance of the total tour price is due 30 days prior tour departure. In case of cancellation up to 16 days prior tour departure, we will refund 50 % of the balance, for cancellation received 15 days or less prior tour departure, we will refund 20 % of the balance. No refund in case of no show.
